1. Scope and acceptance

This page governs use of the Ivory Hub website, the Ivory Hub Roblox UI library (the "Loader"), and any script, page, or listing linked from this site (together, the "Service"). By visiting this site, loading the Loader in Roblox, or running any script listed on the Games page, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ivory Hub is operated as a private, independent project. It is not a registered company providing consumer guarantees, and these terms are the entire agreement between you and Ivory Hub for use of the Service, replacing any earlier version of this page.

2. Not affiliated with Roblox

Ivory Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "Roblox" and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Any use of them on this site is solely for identification and reference.

The Loader and the scripts listed on the Games page are third-party software that modifies client-side behavior inside Roblox experiences. Using them is likely to violate the Roblox Community Standards and Terms of Use. Roblox Corporation, not Ivory Hub, decides what happens to accounts that violate its rules, up to and including permanent bans. Ivory Hub has no ability to intervene in, appeal, or reverse any enforcement action taken by Roblox Corporation.

3. Nature of the service, provided as-is

The Loader, this website, and every script listed on the Games page are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Ivory Hub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with any particular executor, or free of defects. Ivory Hub does not guarantee that any feature, script, or game listing will continue to work, remain available, or produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivory Hub disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Assumption of risk

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. By loading the Loader or running any listed script, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your Roblox account may be warned, suspended, or permanently terminated as a result of using third-party scripts, with or without notice, and Ivory Hub bears no responsibility for that outcome.
• Scripts that alter gameplay (aim assistance, ESP, auto-farming, speed or movement changes, and similar features) can affect other players' experience in a game and may be considered cheating by that game's developers, its community, or Roblox Corporation, independent of anything stated on this site.
• No script is risk-free. Even a script marked Safe on this site reflects a point-in-time, automated risk signal from rscripts.net at the time it was listed, not an ongoing guarantee, an audit of its full behavior, or legal advice.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating whether to run any script, and for any consequence of doing so.

5. Third-party content and links

Scripts featured on the Games page are hosted and served by rscripts.net, an independent third-party site. Ivory Hub surfaces public listing data (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, view and like counts, and the raw script URL) from the rscripts.net public API for scripts published under the Ivory Hub creator profile. Ivory Hub does not control rscripts.net, cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data it returns, and is not responsible for the availability, content, or behavior of rscripts.net or of any script it hosts once loaded into your executor.

This site also links to Roblox experience pages and a Discord community. Ivory Hub is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service linked from here. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion.

6. Ownership and license

The Ivory Hub name, the blossom mark, and this site's design are the property of Ivory Hub. Unlike an earlier public release of this project, the current Loader is proprietary and is not published under an open-source license. Access to it through this site does not grant you any right to copy, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, or create derivative works from the Loader, in whole or in part, except to run it for your own personal use as presented here.

Scripts listed on the Games page remain the property of their respective authors as published on rscripts.net. Game titles, thumbnails, and logos shown on this site belong to their respective developers and rights holders and are shown for identification purposes under fair use.

7. Privacy

This site uses Firebase Hosting (Google) to serve pages and Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited and how often. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own terms; see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles it. This site does not itself operate a login system, does not ask you to submit personal information through a form, and does not sell any data.

Loading the Loader in Roblox does not send data to Ivory Hub; the library runs entirely client-side inside your own Roblox session, and any settings it saves (such as toggle states) are stored locally by your executor, not transmitted anywhere.

8. Eligibility

You may only use the Service if you are permitted to use Roblox itself under Roblox Corporation's own Terms of Use, including any minimum age and parental consent requirements it sets. It is your responsibility, or your parent or guardian's responsibility if you are a minor, to confirm that using third-party scripts of this kind is appropriate before doing so.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivory Hub and anyone involved in creating, maintaining, or distributing it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, account, virtual items, Robux, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, any Roblox account action taken against you.

Where a limitation of liability is not permitted by law in your jurisdiction, Ivory Hub's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Ivory Hub for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ivory Hub from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any right of a third party, including Roblox Corporation or a game developer whose experience you modified using the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

Ivory Hub may update this page at any time, for any reason, including to reflect changes to the Service such as moving between a public and private release model. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
